Uber has joined hands with Noida International Airport in a strategic partnership aimed at streamlining airport-ground transportation for passengers. This collaboration is set to deliver a tech-driven, smooth, and reliable travel experience from the terminal to the final destination.
As part of the initiative, Uber will establish exclusive pick-up zones within the airport premises, supported by on-ground staff and detailed wayfinding instructions. These zones will simplify navigation from the arrival gate to the ride, ensuring ease for all travelers.
The move will also include reserved parking for Uber driver-partners, reducing ETAs and enhancing operational efficiency. With round-the-clock availability, passengers can choose from UberGo, Uber Premier, and UberXL (SUV) for 24/7 travel convenience.
Additional passenger benefits include real-time tracking, cashless payments, emergency/SOS features, and full transparency on drivers and vehicles via the app.
This collaboration aligns with Noida Airport’s vision of becoming a multimodal transportation hub. Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport, emphasized their commitment to door-to-door travel comfort, while Uber’s Arnab Kumar highlighted the partnership’s potential to redefine last-mile connectivity.
Together, Uber and Noida Airport aim to create a new benchmark for tech-enabled, passenger-first ground transport.
